Joe Dirt's (David Spade) a poor little kid who was abandoned by his parents as a little kid and who grows up to be a janitor. Everyone thinks he's a loser, but one day he wanders into the recording studio of the radio station he works at. The talk show host is on the air, and seeing Dirt come in and knowing he's the world's biggest loser, asks him to sit down and tell his life story to the listening audience. So he does, from the time he was forgotten by his parents and left at the Grand Canyon, to when he journeyed across America and ran into the love of his life, Brandy. But then he moved on, find's a nice Shammy car, a strange Indian friend an old septic tank, all the components needed to create the most retarded story of a poor man's journey ever devised.

4.5/10 This movie was pretty dumb. It was pretty funny, but there were a lot of objectionable parts in it.
The film was full of sexual inuendos that got old before the first one was made. The humor was really crude, but a lot was hilarious anyway (especially the incident with the dog and the frozen porch, but I won't explain what happens and am going to keep "G-rated" reviews). The storyline was dumb and rather unoriginal, and the actors did ok, and it certainly wouldn't win any awards. But that's ok because this movie definitely didn't deserve any of that.
