Dave's Review

"The Killing" is one of Stanley Kubrick's early films. The film is about a carefully planned racetrack robbery, worth 2 million dollars, that eventually goes awry. Sterling Hayden plays the part of Johnny Clay, the mastermind in the caper.  Johnny Clay is unaware that one of his partners, George, (played by Elisha Cook, Jr.) has spilled the beans to his money grubbing and domineering wife, Sherry (played by Marie Windsor). Sherry plans on getting the money for herself and her lover, Val (played by Vince Edwards).
