What is Mozart-Ami Helpline?

An original idea by your friendly co-webmasters Ami Arashi and Jocelyn Foley, Helpline is specified for helping people with their everyday problems, whether it be music, family, or other related issues. Just an added extra to Mozart-Ami, we will continue to run it.

Why did you create it?

Helpline was created originally as an extra to Mozart-Ami, but soared into what we have now. Helpline is now a full-time extra to Mozart-Ami, by helping people with their problems. We didn't exactly create it for the publicity, but for the fact that we could try and touch people's lives.

Where do we send our issues?

Most information will be most likely be sent to ami_arashi@icybrian.zzn.com. Since Ami checks her e-mail a lot, this will insure the sender that their issue has been looked at as soon as possible. We want to give you the most convenience. However, some people with Helpline will want the stuff to go directly to their e-mail inbox.

How can I become part of it?

If you want to personally become part of the Mozart-Ami Helpline, you need to e-mail Ami about it before anything else. She will give you a small test, and you must reply with that question and/or issue within two weeks. She will rate you and either disagree or agree with your request. More details will be posted on the e-mail she gives you.

How many issues and things can I send?

You can send as many issues and problems as you like. However, if Mozart-Ami Helpline becomes a large part of this site, then restrictions will be later placed. For now, one issue and/or question per week.

How soon can I expect a reply?

As you can well imagine, we are very busy, but we will do our best to reply as soon as possible.

How will I recive my advice?

We will either post it on the site if it's appropriate, or send you a personal e-mail if it's inapproprite or if you wish it to be private.

Does this mean you won't be doing any more reviews?

Of course not! Mozart-Ami is about music and reviewing of course, but it is about some other things than just that. We are trying to give our site variety including things like fanfiction, fanart, and of course, our Helpline. But, Mozart-Ami isn't just about the Helpline either. Variety, that's the tool.

What subjects does Helpline mainly talk about?

Anything. Mozart-Ami Helpline is here to help about ANY subject. Whether it be your homework, your family, or sex related issues, Mozart-Ami is here to help. Sex related issues aren't a problem, however, younger eyes shouldn't read if that should happen. We'll let you know more.
