To take appropriate measures to ensure security, general health, welfare and safety of the stowaway till disembarkation. | |||||||||||||
Not to include stowaway in crew list or AoA. | |||||||||||||
Not to involve him in any shipboard works. |
Only ISPS certified vessels can apply for stowaways repatriation via Singapore. | |||||||||||||
To be kept at safe custody. | |||||||||||||
Shipping company must satisfy ICA that timely arrangements has been made for
repatriation as follows:

Shipping company to provide a security bond of S$ 10,000 per stowaway for the issuance of special pass for repatriation. | |||||||||||||
If repatriation is unsuccessful, shipping company is to make arrangement to transfer the stowaway back to vessel within 14 days to depart Singapore. | |||||||||||||
Only for stowaway repatriation, calling Singapore port is not allowed. |
