| May I send in money for pre-registration for stall & other fees but sign up (and pay) for classes at the shows? | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| > Yes. If you know which classes you plan to enter, completed class sign-up forms & payments for classes (or blanket fees) may be sent in with pre-registration info. Additional classes may be entered at shows as long as forms are received in the office no later than 2 classes before the class to be entered into. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Is the fee per class X2 because shows are double-judged? | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| > Yes... all class fees, blanket fees, crossover fees, & PHBA office/computer/drug fees are X2 for double judged shows | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Can someone other than the owner show the horse? | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| > Yes... for Open & Youth classes > No... for Amateur classes - exhibitor of horse must also be its owner |

| Do you have to be an MPHA member in order to be an exhibitor in these shows? | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
| > No. You only need to be an MPHA member to accumulate MPHA year-end points. ***However, MPHA shows are PHBA sanctioned shows. To show at a Palomino sanctioned show, the owner, exhibitor, & horse must be registered with PHBA. ***ALL breeds are welcome in Open classes |
