WAAASSSUUPPP!!!! Well,  you must have the album or you've come over from download.com if your viewing this website. First I would like to thank you for listening. This is not Mortal Remains stuff but you may hear a little bit of that sound in the heavier songs. Those of you who have some of my past solo work know that I like to experiment with different rock styles and also some weird sounding shit but this album is pretty straight foward. If you have the last album I did "The Static Human", you know that the second half has the human chronicles concept. It was a look through my eyes on the history of mankind ( very briefly, hehe ). From the birth of man, to his fascination within his own mind which greed and hate has taken him towards his own demise. This album kind of touches on it a little deeper in the Human Chronicles part II.. Over the years since "Static Human" I could not help but notice how people seem to have really lost a sense of humanity, justice and compassion for others (  something very biblical here ). Not only being sympathetic about it, but also angry at the ignorance and let my feelings be known on this album. How greed, selfishness, materialism have taken over the hearts of man. How morals, decency and basic human understanding are pushed aside if they don't serve our thirst for self gratification. The only way I could see presenting these emotions was to write more aggressive music than usual for my solo work, yet still try to keep any signature sound that I have developed over the years. The concept is relativley simple, I see  the problems, then vent from song to song. Not very deep, just angry and dissmayed. The message that I put across here is simply of my own opinion and is certainly not to tell anyone how to live, but just maybe if you take a second to think about what I say, you might just see a little of what I do and understand where I'm coming from.

This album I must say was the most difficult for me in some time. There must have been 100 changes from song to song musically as well as lyrically. When you record with band members you can always get a different perspective on songs and arrangements, but doing it solo can be brain busting at times and you hope that any changes you make are for the better and not just cause you've become over bearing. The recording proccess can be very frustrating, especially alone, but when it's done you do feel a great sense of accomplishment no matter what people may think of it. I'm sure once the dust settles in my brain after all the work that went into this album, I'll sit back, listen to it and say, "not bad for a guy from Glendale NY". Hope you enjoy the final cut.
