Planner Use and Evaluation

Expectations:
- Write in it daily and copy information for each
class (ABCDEFGH) and CAPP/X/TA
- If assignment is complete, write it down and then
check it off
- No HW also recorded if teacher directs this
- Record materials, notices to be brought home or
returned
- Record extra commitments and reminders
- Write down the day something is assigned and then
the due dates further on
- Use planner as hall pass – write down where and
time, ask teacher to initial if appropriate
- Use ruler or clipped edges to mark place for quick
reference
- Write neatly enough for parents/teachers/you to
read and review daily
Marking
Scale:
(Half marks will be provided if necessary – a 10 point
scale)
5- All criteria completed in
an excellent and outstanding way.
4- Very good. A few minor errors or missing expectations
3- Satisfactory/Good- Several
expectations are missing or not fully completed.
2- Needs Improvement- much of
expectations are missing or not complete.
1- Not completed/Incomplete (redo)
Planner use consists of 25%
of your overall mark in CAPP classes this year!
