| 12-3-07 Hi all, Things have been quiet lately on the website, I've been keeping a lower profile than usual. I've been spending the last few months adjusting and enjoying life in a new home and a return to married life. I also been going through some job upheavels and all the financial fallout associated with that. I'm still trying to find the right balance between a home life and a life playing and performing music. I've been writing a bunch of songs during my "downtime", enough to release a new CD, I'm just don't have the money needed to go into the studio with Brian P. and record them. Hopefully, I'll be getting them up on YouTube as part of the "Dispatches form the Homefront" series or on my myspace site soon. Show-wise I'm gonna be playing the open stage at the Thirsty Ear in the upcoming weeks and I'll be playing at the Grandview Library Thursday February 28 at 7pm. I hope to see you all there. | 12-5-07 I'm doing some updating here, I'm taking down alot of the photos and puting them on my myspace site, I have more space there. I'll be making this site more of a lyric/chord site with some the new songs I've been working on over the last two years. I' also plan to add more of my writings as well, when time permits (and it hasn't been permitting much lately!) So keep looking for more updates in the coming weeks! Peace, Brian |
| 7-17-08 Hi everyone! Long time, no update... I've been in a bit of a holding pattern lately. I've still been writing stuff, I put a video and dwnload of a song I wrote about Barack Obama, you can see and hear that on my myspace site. I have enough songs for a full CD, but I can't afford to get into the studio to record things. I'm considering a live recording, we'll see how things pan out. I'm hoping to complete the lyrics page soon and put more photos up as space permits. I do have a few shows scheduled, hope to see some of you there. I may be planning some additional shows as the election approaches, updates to follow. Hope all is well with everyone! Peace to you all, Brian |
| 5-6-09 I was checking out the site and saw the notice the that Yahoo is pulling the plug on Geocities, meaning the end of this homepage will come sometime later this year. I have had this site active for over nine years and it was very helpful in getting news out to people in the early years. But now with inprovements in artist pages on sites like Myspace, YouTube, FaceBook and ReverbNation, I now have several places where I can put up songs, videos and other information in a more user-friendly way. I will be puting most of information on this somewhere else in the with the same address. I'll post more info as I get it.
