There are many people that come in and out of our lives.
Sometimes those people out live us, but only sometimes.
There are many people before us that we watch die,
We lie, say it doesn't hurt inside and try not to cry.
We stand tall and proud though, as these memories decay.
There's no way, per say, things should go this way.
We need to cherish our loved ones in life and in death;
Remember there's not much time for any of us left.
But when we pass we become the grass, the sun, the moon,
The showers, the hours, the clouds, the air in a balloon.
Until we meet again you'll be the greatest to me,
So thank you paw-paw for what you have, are and always will be. |

It's been more than 10 years now but I can picture you in my mind as though I saw you a week ago. Pictures and prayers have kept our communication strong over the years and I know you are with me where ever I go, because everywhere I've been I've felt you by my side. I am happy to have known you and I hope our bond will remain alive until, and after, my stay here. Thank you for the wonderful mother you guided through child/adulthood, she's an amazing human being. Thank you for my grandmother, she's unbelievably supportive and shows me how much you both care because you are still with her too showing your love daily. So thank you for everything, you are truly the worlds greatest!
