Signed, sealed, delivered…I’m coming home!

I bought my plane ticket back to Minnesota today. I have been trying to decide if I were going to return during the summer at all. There is a whole slew of reasons for and against which I’m not going to bore anybody with, but in the end I decided that I needed to find a job, and I don’t really want to bother with all the intricacies of doing taxes for two countries (from what I’ve seen by the people at Meteorlogix who have moved to MN, just doing taxes between two states is difficult enough!). So, I will be returning to MN on Tuesday, June 13^th and return to Scotland on Tuesday, September 19^th. I just hope I can find a summer job now; otherwise this ‘visit’ will have cost me quite a bit of money. I won’t do the conversion for you, because it depresses me, but this ticket back to the States set me back £614! That’s about double what I paid to come back for Easter break! Yikes. I hope to get together with people while I’m back…I haven’t seen any of the Meteorlogix club for quite a while now!
