NBNM League
History
North
Bellmore North Merrick Fantasy Football dates back to the mid 1990’s when it was
first conceived on Winifred Drive
in Merrick in conjunction with former
President Andrew Annunziata. Since then the league has seen anywhere from 3 to
10 teams competing and has seen several different champions. Last season was
the first season without the former President but things continued as they had
in the past. This season we are glad to welcome the
former President back into the fold as he tries to reclaim his place among the
top fantasy owners. There has been memorable moments in the league, none better
than the drafting of Ron Dayne 3rd overall
in 2000, his rookie year. Over the years the torch has been passed from running
back to running back when it comes to the leagues most dominant player. From Marshall Faulk, to Priest Holmes, to Larry Johnson and now to Ladanian Tomlinson. Will Frank Gore and Stephen
Jackson break into the elite this season? Only time will tell. This season
hopes to be as good as any other, and good luck to all
who compete for the prize money and the new
NBNM FF Championship Trophy.
