DO NOT PRESS DELETE! READ THOROUGHLY. Thank you for choosing Femis Kerger & Company Transfer Agent and Registrar and the California Exchange Network™ (CAEX™). We greatly appreciate your decision. The CAEX Network™ was designed to provide liquidity to shareholders of companies whose securities transfers are done by Femis Kerger & Company Transfer Agent & Registrar. Investors may place trades with any company listed on the Exchange. However, like any other trading arena, there are certain rules and regulations that shareholders must follow when accessing CAEX™. In order to trade at CAEX™, you must be at least 18 years of age. Persons under 18 must have written permission from both their parents and CAEX™ prior to the submission of any registration form. Providing false information is grounds for denial or termination or both and possibly criminal prosecution. Persons under the age of 21 may also need to be first approved by CAEX™ prior to the submission of any registration form. We recommend that all CAEX™ users download, sign, and return required subscription agreements when purchasing securities within 3 days from original trade to avoid cancellation. Many forms can be downloaded from http://fkac.mjfworld.com. Persons under 18 must have subscription forms and forms of the like signed by a legal Parent and/or Guardian. CAEX™, Femis Kerger, or any affiliates will not be responsible for any monetary loses incurred while using CAEX™. There is a zero tolerance policy for insider's trading (criminal offense), spamming, entering false orders (you may still be liable under law), and hacking (FKAC, the Parent of CAEX™ is part of, and regulated by, a federal government agency and will prosecute hackers to the fullest extent permissible by law). You are not to give out your user and/or password information regarding CAEX Network™ Access to any other person. Even your own family members. Doing so will provide grounds for denial and/or termination from further CAEX™ usage forever. Keep in mind, some links may not be available for some companies. For example: If a company does not sell debt securities (bonds) on CAEX™, then the link marked “Bonds” will be visible, but you will not be able to click on this link. These rules and regulations can and will be updated without prior notice. It is your responsibility to inquire about recent changes to the “CAEX™ Rules and Regulations”. In most cases, you will receive an email or phone call or both, indicating such change, if any. If you agree with these rules and regulations, click "Accept". If you do not agree, click "Decline".
