The ability to interact is amazing. Utilizing this ability can mean communication amongst many, nations, races, and maybe even, other forms of existence.
Communication can occur via digital and/or analog formats. The difference between this department and the D.O.I. (Department of Intelligence) is that this department (DO-COM) works directly with the public and no indirect operations are involved.
Operations are supervised by N.Z.I Federal Law Enforcers and are carried out via phone, fax, computers, etc; Any possible method of electric transportation, transmission, and/or energy indication technologies.
Signal laws are especially utlized in this department, allowing the creation of various communication concepts, formulas, and technologies for many formats, if not all.
DO-COM (Department of Communications) hopes to make the industry of communications a better one.
