NYPPe set to provide liquidity for private issuers.
Pronounced "Nip-pi", the new york brokerage is out to set a new trend and change the way the private equities market has been played. Similar to the way High-Yield bonds became liquid, NYPPe tends to create liquidity for private securities.
Their full name is the New York Private Placement Exchange, which is self explanatory. Fighting with government officials, they are pushing for full "exchange" status.
