Rambling,
wandering, following my trail.
Along
my path I am missing - remiss.
Again
beside myself, alone I wail
Weeping,
sobbing, on my knees - I’m amiss
Crying
desperately for a lifeline
My
courage waning and hope disrepair
This
error -- Life of death, life that is mine,
Unaware
of the snare into his lair.
“Father,
take me back,” I murmur simply.
Running
to my side, He’s waiting for me.
Beautiful
smile glows gloriously
Wrapped
in His arms, safe from my way, home free.
