The Snake                                                                    12 – 09 – 03

The snake viciously hunts its prey

Unsuspecting mouse scrounges for food

“This is too easy,” the snake confidently struts

It lurks, unseen in the darkness, and strikes

Stunned the mouse lies broken, paralyzed

Death begins to seep in – life lingers

Seeing its victory close at hand

The final blow awaits. The evil overflows.

The snake pounces, its fangs shine bright

Light floods in and destruction cripples

Beaten badly, the snake lies flat on its face.

It has been crushed – destroyed.

Quickly the life of the mouse is restored

Tender care builds it up and gentle love restores it

The Light shines in all its Glory
