Information traces English history from 1399-1763 and focuses on various wars and rulers, including the War of the Roses, the English Civil War, the Restoration, the Glorious Revolution, and the Seven Years War (French & Indian War).  Ruling families include the Yorks and Lancasters, the Tutors, the Stuarts, and the Hanovers.  British colonization of North America is also covered

American Revolution
...about a week and a half.  In the past I have not given this topic seperate attention but included it with either English history or the French Revolution.  However, I have concluded that 10th grade students at VHS know very little about the American Revolution and as it is not covered in 11th grade US history, needs more attention.
