vegetable oil 3/4 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce |
1/4 cup Dijon
mustard 1 to 2 tsp cracked black pepper 2 cloves minced garlic |
Blend all ingredients in
blender. Let sit 24 to 48 hours before cooking. Will marinate 2 to 3 pounds of beef.
