1 fryer, cut
up 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 tsp curry powder |
2 stalks
broccoli 3/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise 3/4 cup shredded cheese |
Boil chicken until done;
debone. Cook broccoli in chicken broth. DO NOT SEASON EITHER CHICKEN OR
BROCCOLI. Place deboned chicken evenly in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
Layer cooked broccoli on top of chicken. Mix cream of mushroom soup,
mayonnaise, and curry powder together and spread over top of broccoli layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve over rice. Makes 6 servings. |
