Quiche

3 eggs

1/4 cup milk

1 cup grated cheese

1 cup ham, bacon, or any leftover meat

1 Tbsp diced onion

Salt and pepper to taste

Deep dish frozen pie crust

Put onion, meat, and cheese into uncooked pie crust.  Mix eggs, milk, and seasonings.  Pour into pie crust.  Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake an additional 30 minutes.  Do not overcook as the quiche will become watery.
