Scalloped Potatoes

5 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 soup can of water

Salt and pepper to taste

Cheddar cheese, shredded

Layer sliced potatoes in greased casserole dish.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Blend soup and water; pour over potatoes.  Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.  Uncover and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.  Bake about 45 minutes or longer or until potatoes are tender.

Serves 6.
