2 cups flour 1 cup soft margarine 1 cup ground pecans or pecan meal 1/2 cup powdered sugar |
1/8 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp almont extract Powdered Sugar for Coating |
Mix ingredients with hands
until thoroughly blended. Cover and refrigerate for one hour. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Form into 1-inch balls and shape into crescents. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes until set (golden but not brown). Remove from oven and sift powdered sugar over the tops. Makes 4 dozen cookies. |
