1/2 cup oil 3 Tbsp wine vinegar 1 tsp salt |
1 Tbsp sugar Lemon pepper seasoning to taste Garlic (optional - see note) |
Shake all ingredients
together in a bottle or whisk in a bowl. NOTE: Garlic left in vinaigrette tends to take on an unpleasant taste. If you plan to include it, do so just prior to serving by rubbing the bowl with it or mincing a little very finely into the vinaigrette. Makes about 3/4 cup.
