| Hi. My name is Mrs. Fay. I am starting my fourth year at Stanley Park SPS and I love it! This year, I teach 7 of the 8 sections of grade 7 science and I teach half of the grade 7 tech program and half of the grade 8. I am a teacher because I love learning and I care a lot about kids and about the kind of adults they will grow up to be. I think we need a world where people care about the greater community and always consider how their own decisions affect the quality of life of other people. I teach in the public education system because I support the idea of everyone having the opportunity to be literate, to gain knowledge, and to understand the power systems around them. I studied science at the University of Guelph and studied to be a teacher at the University of Western Ontario. I am currently finishing my Master's of Education in science education. I am proud to be a Gator because we are spirited and committed to excellence!!! Here's to an awesome year at our school and in grade seven science and technology! Mrs. Fay :) P.S.
