Tim's diligent work and excellence have been recognised in both his work and his personal life.

Here are some highlights of Tim's  awards and achievements;

2006 Won the City of Greater Geelong Toastmasters Club International Speech competition.
2006 Awarded second place at the Area level International Speech competition.

2005 Artistic Director of "The School of Surf Rock" Barwon Heads Primary School Whole school Production.
2005 Director and Bandleader of the Primary Schools Tour of "The Symphomania show!" with MFGSC.

2004 Awarded the runner's up prize by the Ballarat Writer's Council, at the poetry sprint competition.

2001 Selected to speak at the National C&PT Conference, Brisbane, representing the Sydney Academy of Sport, and Quasar Flying Trapeze.

2000 Appointed Director of the highly successful inaugural Family Camp at the SAS.

1999 Selected  as one of 14 Australian Teachers to attend the inaugural Teacher Familiarisation Tour of Fiji.

1997 Selected to represent Southern Cross University as an International Exchange student in Canada.

1993 Artistic Director of "Circus Yeo" . (A performance that received statewide reviews).
1991 Selected as a Targeted graduate by the NSW Department of Education.
1991 Selected to give the response on behalf on the scholarship winners at Charles Sturt Univeristy.
1990, 1991 Awarded a Charles Sturt University residential Scholarship.
1988 Nominated for the Retail Traders Association of NSW "Junior Retail Executive of the Year Award".
1986 Selected to act as a Flag Orderly for HRH the Queen's Tour of Australia.
1986 Selected to give the response on behalf on the Queen's Scout Award recipients.

Tim's superior level of leadership, communication skills, teamwork, initiative and perseverance have also been recognised many times in several sporting awards and achievements, in sports such as Rugby, Soccer, Tennis, Netball and Ice-Hockey. He has captained teams to Premiership wins in Rugby, Netball, and Touch football. Tim has been selected and played as a representative player for NSW Central West Rugby Region, and Oxford Unicycle Hockey Club.
