I've also got a purple dog,
a purple bird and cat,
a purple goat, a purple frog.
Now what you say to that?
My goldfish is no longer gold,
he's purple! What good luck:
He compliments my purple fold
of purple goose and duck.
I tried the same experiment
on every barnyard pet.
And each one brings new merriment
to Alvin. He's our our vet.
Now Alvin had a wife, he did;
the beautiful Samantha.
And since she'd been a little kid
she'd want a purple panther.
We fed the panther beetroots,
but what happened made us think!
Instead of turning purple,
well, the panther turned to pink!
