ADVANCED PLACEMENT EUROPEAN HISTORY
European History here at Fallston High School spans from 1350- to today, that is a lot of stuff, and can be overwhelming.  If you want to see what you will be getting into, check out the syallabus.

A GOULD WARNING!

While in this class you will be doing a lot of work and sometimes it gets time consuming and students turn to plagiarism.  What is plagiarism?
Plagiarism: a piece of wrting that has been copied from someone else and is presented as being your own work.  -from dictionary.com
Now this is something that I am constantly looking for.  I find that it is much easier to perform plagiarism then it has ever been in the past.  To this end in an attempt to curb this I demand that all work is handed in by homeroom of the day that it is due, and that everything is hand written unless otherwise told to do otherwise.
This just makes it harder to plagairise word for word, however I have caight students who still do, do not be one of those students.  I can carry some of the folloowing circumstances:
1. a referral and letter home.  2. may cause you to not be able to be a member of N.H.S.  3. depending on the assignment it could drop you a whole letter grade or more in class.

The summer project is the first difficult task.  My advice to you if you are going to the internet at all that you simply search for information, there are no certain links that will help you more than others.  The other thing to do is go to the library and use books.....it may be a little "old school" but it will be effective.
