			Why we like Alans
		I've asked some people why they liked their particular Alan so much. Here's what they said. If you'd like to talk to me about one of the three Alans, please e-mail me. Which Alan do you like? Mmmmm, sexy sophisticated Rickman with a bit of impish Cumming on the side... Why do you like these Alans? Well, apart from being sex on a stick, I believe Rickmans' acting abilities are really quite good - as for Cumming... how could you not? What would you say to Alan if you met him? Rickman - "Your place or mine?" Cumming - "Fancy a beer?" What is your most memorable experience of Alan or his work? My two Alans are united by Hamlet. I saw Rickman as Hamlet many years ago - three and a half hours of *that* voice.... *squelch* I was Stage Manager at a theatre when Cumming was Hamlet in a touring production.
