Below is a tag using Eye Candy Perspective Shadow and Inner Bevel. It's really very simple to use. Open Eye Candy and click on the Inner Bevel effect: Just play with the settings until you get the effect you want. and the results so far:

First put your text on a new image and
leave it blinking as shown below:
Almost every font is going to be different, there are no
specific settings. These are the settings I used:
If for some reason, you
have clicked on it and
the blinking stopped...go up to EDIT and UNDO
to get it going again. Now, go to Eye Candy
and Perspective Shadow as you did with Inner Bevel
and play with the settings until you get the desired effect.
These are the options you have in Perspective Shadow.
Each font is going to be different so there is no specific
setting, same as with Inner Bevel.
