This is a fun project to make.
You will find all you need attached in zip files.
First bring up a new image 300 x 300 and copy and paste the frame tube.

If you prefer to make your own frame, here is how:
Bring up a new image 300 x 300.
Choose the color you want to use on your frame
in the top color box and click on your SHAPE TOOL as shown above.
This screen should then come up.
These are the settings I chose.
Using your mouse, make the shape of your frame.
Using your Magic Wand, click on the filled in
area and it should then be blinking as shown:
Next I used Xenofex, baked earth, then Eye Candy, glass effect, on the frame.
But you can use any filters you like.
Next I added the tube and drop shadow.
