Earth Alliance/O.M.N.I. (Oppose Militancy & Neutralize Invasion) Enforcer

Kira Yamato

Murrue Ramius

Kira, 16, is the hero of our story and the only member aboard the Archangel capable of piloting the Strike GUNDAM.  A Coordinator, he finds himself among Naturals and is subject to many trials and tribulations.

Ramius, 26, is a captain in the Allied Space Forces and a Natural.  She is a beautiful woman with firm resolve, one that all but masks her kind-hearted nature.

Mwu La Fllaga

Natarle Badgiruel

Mwu is a Natural, one born without the paranormal abilities found in Coordinators, and is an ace pilot of the Alliance.  La Fllaga is the only pilot capable of controlling the laser-guided gun-barrel mounted in the Zero.  Onboard Archangel, he is like an older brother to Kira and the crew.

Badgiruel, 25, is a first lieutenant and Archangel tactical advisor.  She is the ultimate soldier whose duty takes top priority.  This hard-fisted single-mindedness ends up saving the Archangel time and again.  Badgiruel loathes Coordinators.

Fllay Allster

Miriallia Haww

Allster, 15, is one of our heroines.  A Natural, she has enjoyed the lifestyle of the beautiful and idolized.  She is conscious of her popularity and works hard to maintain it.

Miriallia, 16, is Kira's friend.  During the war that ravaged Heliopolis, Miriallia was among the survivors that fled the destruction aboard the Archangel, taking a place among the skeleton crew.

ZAFT (Zodiac Alliance Freedom Treaty)

Athrun Zala

Raww Le Klueze

Athrun, 16, is the other hero of our story.  A Coordinator who lost his mother in an atomic attack by the Earth Alliance Army, he was close friends with Kira in their younger days.  Zala pilots the hijacked Aegis GUNDAM.

Raww, 28 years old, is Asran and the others' direct superior.  He pilots the MS CGUE with such skill that tales of his prowess echo in the halls of friends and enemies alike.  He is a person of many mysteries, not the least of which is his face--it remains ever hidden beneath a mask, and none have looked upon his true features.

Yzak Jule

Nicol Amarfi

Yzak is a 17 year old second generation Coordinator.  He detests the opposition to intellectual advancement and political reform that is the trademark of Naturals.  His genetic makeup is second in excellence to Athrun's, which fills Isaac with terrible envy.  Yzak pilots the Duel GUNDAM.

Nicol, 15, is also a second generation Coordinator.  She has a kind heart and holds a much more moderate view towards Naturals.  She looks up to Asran as a big brother.  For her, battle is a kind of game where the only goal is to improve efficiency.  She pilots the Blitz GUNDAM.

Dearka Elthman

A 17 year old second generation Coordinator, Elthman holds the radical view that Naturals should be wiped out.  He is good friends with Isaac.  Elthman is somewhat high-strung and can he quite brutal.  He pilots the Buster GUNDAM.
