Yukon Juneau Braden
was born on December 21st., 1999,
in Carson City, Nevada.
We were his second owners, and he joined our family at the age of 4 months. At about the age of 8 months, sadly, Yukon developed aggressive problems that neutering and training
could not and did not fix.
We constantly blamed ourselves for the behavior, thinking maybe we moved too quickly or startled him, but we feel there was more to it than that.
Frequently he would "space off" and zoom around the yard at full speed, not knowing where he was going, running into things in his path, sometimes he would even faint.
After numerous close calls to us being bitten, the closeness became more like near misses, within 1/2 inches of ripping us open. For our safety, and for Yukon's well-being, at that point we chose to put Yukon to rest,
on May 10th., 2004, in Fallon, Nevada.
He was placed in the cemetery along with our other 2 angels.
