Everybunny, Loves Somebunny, Sometime!!

Hareson was a semi wild bun, when he joined the household. He never would tolerate much handling or cuddling. This was a rare occasion he would sit still long enough to have his picture made. Hareson and his son Mammasan, are not house rabbits... but have a 32x4 ft run with 8 ft on either end covered, with a 4x4 ft raised hutch connected to the west end, and a underground warren on the east end.

Mammasan is the son of Hareson. He, like his father, has never been one to allow handling, much less cuddling. Living in the spacious outdoor run, with the same foods the house rabbits get, father and son seem quite happy.

Bilbo came to me as an adult. He was slated to be snake food, but I made a cheap rescue purchase. It was obvious this rabbit had been a pet, but I couldn't imagine why he was disposed of. The only thing I could figure was that he wasn't neutered and was abit agressive. A trip to the vet took care of that. Now he's a pest, when running around the house. Always into things and wanting attention.

Here he's having outside time, and visiting Hareson. Harson doesn't like him at all, even though they are both neutered.

Amelia/Binkie Boo was my Easter present from the Keeper. The lady at the shop said this was a little girl rabbit. This bun was very curious, and immediately began exploring. Because of her adventuresome nature and airplaning ears, the Keeper called her Amelia Earhart. About a month later, for some unknown reason, I gave her a once over, and discovered that Amelia is a boy!! I've left the name Amelia, but he is now known as Binkie Boo, for all his airborne acrobatics.

Annabelle, is yet anonther pet shop rescue. She was full grown, when I discovered she had been turned over to the shop, because her former family couldn't keep her anymore.

She doesn't like to be picked up, but once you get her in your arms, she loves to be stroked and loved.

I'm wondering if Annabella and Binkie are related, outside the house Clan. They have the same facial markings.
