Proud of this! I did my lower body workout with weights today. Though I didn't feel as strong as I did the last time I lifted about 8 days ago, I felt I gave it my all. I did the following exercises, reps and used the following weight, if anyone cares :~)  Dumbell squats 12 reps/10lb, 12 reps/15lbs, 8/25, 1/35 (could only do 1!), 12/25....leg extension 12/50. Straight leg dead lift 12/10, 10/15, 8/15, 6/25, 12/15.....lying leg curl 12/50 (could only get my leg half way up-maybe I should count it as 6/50). Standing calf raise 12/10, 10/15, 8/25, 6/25, 12/25...angled calf raise 12/15. About 40 bicycle sit ups and 20 crunches.  Thanks for reading.

Yes! I worked out in the morning, for once. And you know what?  I had a lot more energy while doing those karate kicks.  I did abs afterwards though I couldn't do those military thingies because I didn't have a partner.  Everyone in the house was sleeping!
