| The first of these costumes came from a piece by Meredith Dillman called 'Candle Witch'. I thought it was really pretty so I made it for the school nurse character Robin Kayenta. The skirts were the easiest part of the costume. The sleeves on the undershirt were too short so I had to go back and make them longer. That was the only adjustment I've made to this date. I hate the hat though I think I've thrown it out. This is probably my favorite of all the costumes I've made for the Robin character. The second costume is from a game called Shikigami no Shiro the character name is Fumiko. I first saw this costume as a statue at NDK, and since then I wanted to make it. Unfortunatly its a bit of a pain in the butt to wear. I never did make the hat for it. The third costume started off as a recreation of another of Meredith Dillman's work called 'Violet Witch' but turned into something else completely due originally to lack of fabric. Its not even purple it's green. The necklace for this costume was made by me in a collage metalsmithing class. |
