Site Design Has 2 great features where you can actually see the account or you can pick it through the drop down menu. Designed for easy access with every element labeled clearly. Basically split into 5 sections: online banking, credit cards, investments, loans and Citibank services. Multiple roles as a bank, separated Citigroup as investment firm, special division for planning needs for loans, insurance services. Basically provides a lot of personal attention to their customers because so many separate divisions for a certain group of individuals.

This site is simplified even more by showing the basic necessities which include online banking and loans. Not a lot of features but tries to compete with water downed versions of investments and insurance services. This site is almost similar to WAMU because of the simplified nature by just having the bare necessities. Everything is clear to you because it is shown on the main page. Not drop down menu but has more services like Citibank which include: investing and planning.
Log In Personal drop down log in menu so that you can choose which account to log into first before actually typing in your log in name and password.

Same as WAMU with the confusing log in type but also a personal favorites because don't have to memorize a million user names and passwords. Confusing about log in information because you don't know which account you are actually logging into unless all accounts are linked together through one name and password.  (personal like because don't have to fuss about remembering multiple password and log in names.)
Content Very informational content where you can actually perform these operations directly online because a link is provided.  For example:

Debt Consolidation PlannerFinancial Health CheckHome Equity Planner

Has important content on teaching methods based on how to accomplish something. For example: how to keep track of personal finances, taxes, banking basics or real estate. Can almost be compared to a combination of features from Citibank and Wamu. Has special functions that help prepare you for special events in life: budgeting money, home purchase and car purchases.
Contact Information Basic contact information page where it is simply broken down in 3 categories again: phone, email and letters. The phone number service isn't split into too many categories so customers know which number to call for which service. Example, all Citibank credit cards go through one number, online support for another number and bill payments for another number.

Follows the same format as Citibank bank with the 3 categories: phone, email and letters. Every topic is broken down into a limited amount of phone numbers which is found to be quite easy to ask questions. The site has a unique method for contact information. First you pick the state you are located in and then all the phone numbers are divided into subtopics that range from online banking issues to small business issues. 3 different ways of contacting the  bank: phone, email and letters

Search Basic search bar format on the main page is followed by all 3 bank websites.

Career

Very helpful career page where you can research their career division "Citigroup". You can also look for a job and apply for one directly on the website. Descriptions on what the many jobs entails and what they expect from any future employees. Bad point is that the you have to search through the webpage before finding the career page. It makes it seem like they don't want people to apply for a job on line.

Great location of career page located on the top of the main page. Broken down into 4 complete sections: why work there, job search, places where they recruit for workers and school recruitment for the future. Easy to read and easy to find. Bad location of the career link because at the bottom of the page where most people may not find it. Other than that almost same features as the WAMU career page but the more sections are broken down. Probably better with more sections so that users won't get confused about which link to pick about specific questions.
Security Has extra features to guarantee security during all online banking activities. First Citibank guarantees 0 liability on all fraud charges. Multiple user names for different online log ins such as credit card vs. debit card. When transferring money, authorization code is sent to your e-mail before transaction can go through. During any online transaction, you must also enter your PIN number for added protection. When you don't perform any activity for 7 minutes you will be prompted to reenter your user name and password again.

Does not mention any 0 liability guarantee due to fraud. No main features to prevent fraud usage unlike Bank of America with SITEKEY. It lists certain things you can do to REDUCE the risk of identity theft. Guaranteed 0 liability of any fraudulent activity. Main feature that makes this site stand out from the other three is the SITEKEY. SiteKey is a quick and easy security measure that helps prevent fraud and identity theft whenever you sign in to Online Banking. Includes an image and  unique phrase known as your "image title" that we will always display before you are asked to enter your Passcode. By verifying that your SiteKey is correct, you'll know that the site you are visiting is the actual Bank of America website and not a "spoof" site.
