For Speedy Registration, please bring the following with you to registration: - Completed registration forms - including registration form,  code of conduct /traveling soccer form, emergency treatment authorization form, uniform order form (uniform order form not needed for clinic).  See link below for printable forms. - Copy of your child's birth certificate - Small, wallet size photo - Cash or check made out to MARA - Any questions?  Please contact Rich Herbison at RHerbison@aol.com
