| MT DJ's is an organization that has the client in mind at all times. Trying and improving constantly to meet the needs and wants of our clients. Along with our organization, certain rules must be complied with. They are as follows: 1.) The intensity and volume of our music is high and packed with power, yet it is up to you how loud you want your party. Adjustments will be made per your request and approval. Unfortunately, some neighbors might not appreciate the disturbances. That is why controlling the volume is an important responsibility. If a complaint is filed or a police officer visits to issue a ticket, you "the client" become fully responsible for whatever actions are taken. A suggestion to avoid these issues is to talk to your surrounding neighbors beforehand and tell them of your party, the dat, how many people may be attending, and the time period it will involve (especially the ending time). Ask about their concerns and if they have any complaints they should contact you before the police are involved, immediately. 2.) Along with MT DJ's the most important rule of all that MUST be followed at all times during our contracted time is: No alcohol, drugs, or illegal actions are permitted. If anyone of these areas are introduced, we reserve the right to terminate our services immediately and recieve full payment for the pre-determined time agreed upon. No questions asked. No second chance. 3.) Our audio and lighting system is our greatest investment and asset. Realizing the value of our craft depends on the performance of our equipment. We take great pride in maintaining it to be the highest standards for your enjoyment. In the event of any damanges or accidents that occur to any component of our audio and visual effects, which are not in direct result of system failure during the time that our equipment is on your premises, the host will be held liable for repair or replacement on the DJ's request. 4.) As part of this agreement, money is configured hourly. The price that you had agreed upon is $50.00 per hour, and the whole amount, $___.__ is due prior to the pre-arranged time period of the party. If you have asked for certain special effects during your party the cost extra, that as well must be paid prior to the pre-arranged time period of the party. We reserve the right to leave with full payment if rule number two has been broken. If the host of the party wants to extend the original contracted time, you can do so for an additional $50.00 per hour. This request must be made 30 minutes before the pre-arranged ending time period and must be agreed upon by both the host and the DJ's. We realize this is a costly investment and that is why we will provide the best party possible with a high standard of performance. Not only will we astound your audience with sounds and music, but we will also dazzle them with our outstanding special effects. MT DJ's is in the business of pleasing our customers and clientsto the best of our abilites - Now that is a sound agreement! |
