Easy Rhubarb Cake

 

                                                                       

 

 

3 cups sliced rhubarb (about 1” pieces)

1 cup sugar

1 pkg strawberry jello

1 cup boiling water

1 pkg yellow cake mix

1 stick melted margarine

1/2 cup chopped nuts

                       

                       

 

In an ungreased 9x13 pan, layer ingredients above in the order given, sprinkling evenly. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 35 min or until rich golden brown.
