Cantine, I've been really impressed on how this site has improved over the past year. The Group list is extensive (click "cerca") very detailed and thier sites are listed for easy access. The MP3 section is huge and listed by song titles. Concert section is also awesome very up to date, some are even listed with admission prices. Really an excellent site! |

Caltanet, is a very busy site. It has alot to offer but is difficult to use. However it does feature some of your more popular italian musicians (and some mainstream artists). I think the site should simplify it's graphics a bit and focus more attention to it's content. However for the bands that are featured, they do provide extensive information. |
Musica Rock & Altro, is a music site that is part of the news paper "La Repubblica". By clicking on the day of the week (giovedi` - mercolidi`) you can see bands from all over Italy and where they are playing on that date. (Band name and City). Great site for play dates, however I wish they would provide links to the bands websites. |

Musica Italiana, is a site featuring the more popular Italian artists. There's some great artists on this page, plus information, concerts, interviews (in italian),Artist links (many have several links for the same band). If you want to get an idea on what music is popular in Italy. This is the site for you! |

Music Club is obviously for someone who understands italiano. However, the database for emerging groups is quite vast with over 1200 entries. Of course all the the entries are in italian, but you can get an idea on how popular a group may be. Also the site has various information on concerts and festivals in several regions of Italy. |
