The software I used was the PX6IN1 which I download from one of the website.
The original circuit I found in one of the website was using MAX233
since I have extra MAX232 I compared the pin's location for TxD and RxD.
My radio was locked on channel number, I constructed this interface and it's worked with my radio.
Pin 14, Pin 13 and Pin 15 are connected to DB9 to Com Port of your pc
Pin 11, Pin 12 and Pin 15 to Radio Speaker Mic as shown in the diagram
2 x 1.5v battery are used
