| OK, so you will have gathered by now that I am normally a 'muddy trainers' type of guy. But occasionally I also like to get a pair of wellies muddy, when the mud is deeper, or just to remind myself of the fun of getting muddy as a kid! The mud was not as deep as I had hoped for, but was still fun. It also gave me a chance to wear my green camo trousers, and high-viz jacket, working on the basis if you are doing something you maybe shouldn't, if you are obvious enough about it, no-one will challenge you. | As I have done recently with some of my old muddy trainer photos, I have scanned in just a small selection of the Muddy Trainers' archive of old muddy wellies photos. Again, these were often taken with a cheap, poor quality camera, often using a poor quality flash for the inside shots. ** Postscript - Having reviewed these on screen, for many the quality is not as good as I would have liked. Not really sure why, maybe a problem with the settings used. Anyway, if you want the copies of SOME of the originals, email me at: muddytrainers@yahoo.co.uk. Thanks ** But I hope you still enjoy them as a record of my muddy wellies, and how I really enjoyed wearing muddy wellies in the house, particularly stomping trails of muddy footprints on the floors and the carpets. (It's really good fun to do this, but don't do it at home kids, unless you want to get in really big trouble!!!) |
