Dmitry Anisimov has made SLOWO.
This is set of programs under Motif, Qt, curses libraries. It can work with the dictionaries in MOVA format (and display transcription). Denis Serebro has written Perl/TK script
for MOVA format dictionaries.
His scripts
can display transcription. Pavel Kurnosoff offers Lisp program for using Muellers dictionaries under emacs. Max Belugin offers GUI program (for Windows), utility of command line and
FAR plugin
for MOVA dictionaries (without phonetic transcription). All programs
wrote with FreePascal. Sergey Dushin offers cgi-script using the Dictionaries.

Boris Tobotras's page includes the middle English-Russian and Russian-English dictionaries with C program and Tcl/TK script. As far as I know this is the first dictionary for Linux.
Alexandr Gorlach has made the program for standart Lingvo's dictionary. The name of that program is Linvo.
On Stanislav Sinyagin's page You may work with on-line English-Russian dictionary and see the conditions for reseiving copy of this dictionary on personal Unix computer.
On Stas Angler's page was placed the set of tcl/Tk scripts. Besides You may download some English-Russion dictionary (was derived from Mueller's dictionary).
Gregory Strokin has created mu-online. You may receive the dictionary with scripts from Chernogolovka. The program is "shell + awk" scripts for dictionary from Sergei Starostin page (see dict.exe).
Ivan Myrashko has made program under QT library for Polyglossum II dictionaries.
Bortek places English-Russian and Russian-English dictionaries by Socrat and shell script for work under Unix.
Alexandr Zavolzhsky has created program under KDE for the Socrat dictionaries.
Vladimir Antciperov has made program for dictionary from Transmagus by Delta Lingotronic Inc.. The program has been writteni on C, with using EZ widgets (EZWGL v.1.50). The main page of Vladimir includes dictionary and program. That dictionary is very big (18 Mb) and complete. You may see "economy" and "computer" dictionaries on this site also. These dictionaries (and Russian-English Socrat) have variant for MOVA on chat.ru and geocities.
Vladimir Saveljev offers collection of European dictionaries for Windows. You may download these dictionaries in MOVA format: English, German, Finnish, Italian, Swedish.
You may take Dal's Dictionary from that place.
