This cake was for a late winter wedding. (It turned out that the "snow storm of the century" hit the East Coast that weekend!) The bride wanted daisies and roses. She wanted it to be simple, but elegant.
On the top tier, I placed many roses and sweet peas. Then I started a "chain" of flowers that flowed around the cake.
