Full Biography
1991: The band was formed. The members were:
                1. Dani (vocals)
                2. John (bass)
                3. Darren (drums)
                4. Robin (guitar)
                                               5. Ryan's brother, Paul (guitar)
                                               6. Benjamin (keybords)

1992:     1. January: They launch their first demo ( but it was not very succesful)
               2. Robin left the band.
               3. They launch their secound demo (this time succesful)
               4. Tombstone Records shown interest in the band. Nothing was signed.
               5. As a consecquence John left the band.
               6. Robin came back, as a bass.
               7. Paul Alexander took the secound guitar.
               8. End of the year: They released the demo "Total F**king Of
                   Darkness". Dani sayed tat this is their inly imporant demo.

1993:    1. Darren(drums) was replaced by Nicolas (drums).
              2.  They got a deal with independent Cacophonous Records.

1994:    1. They released their debut album "The Principle Of Evil Made Flesh".
              2.  The album was very succesful.
              3.  Cradle Of Filth was recognized as one of the best Black Metal bands.
              4.  Ryan's brother and Paul Alexander left the band.
              5.  There were very strong rumors of the imminent demise of Cradle Of
                   Filth.
              6.  Stuart (guitar player) and Damien (keybordist) came to the band.

1996:   1.  They released the "Vempire Or Dark Faerytales In Phallustein" EP
                   with Jared of December Moon as guest guitar player.
             2.   They finished the deal with Cacophonous.
             3.   They signed with Music For Nations.
             4.   They released "Dusk And Her Embrace" (there are 3 versions of this
                   album inclding the infamous Coffin Box limited edition).

1997:   1.   They played at the Dynamo Fest and at the Milwaukee Metal Fest.

1998:   1.   Ex-Anathema & Ship Of Fools Les Smith aka "Lecter" on keyboards
                   came on keybords.
              2.  They released their IVth Chapter titled "Cruelty And The Beast" .
              3.  They done extensive tours.
              4.  They released a limited edition of "Cruelty And The Beast" in shape
                   of celtic cross. This edition has been banned in some countries due to
                   the gore pictures of the band.

1999
:   1.   They had problems due to their infamous t-shirts, and even
                    were even arrested in the Vatican.
              2.   Nicholas Barker drummerquits the band due to musical divergences
                    started with the drum mix on "Cruelty And The Beast".
              3.   Was Sargison comes as drummer.
              4.   He is replaced by Dave Hirschheimer.
              5.   Dave is replaced by Adrian Erlandsson.
              6.   The band then released their first video: "From The Cradle To
                    Enslave".
              7.   30th August: They released their first home-video,
                    "PanDaemonAeon", including the two versions of their video, a
                     documentary, and live performances.
              8.    In mid-november, the band released the long awaited "From The
                    Cradle To Ensalve" EP.
