“The true reward for a
person’s toil is not what he gets by it, but what he becomes by it.”
I’ve learned in the last week, that
our answers to three questions actually provide a lot of happiness in the focus
we get, as to what to do about “this elearning scenario” as you put it… J
The questions use the power of the
reality that all our creativity actually happens because of what or who
we CARE for, and what we KNOW or are ABLE to
do. If you just try answering the first two of the following questions,
the answers might lead to answers in the third question:
1. What or Who do I care
about?
2. What do I Know and am Able to do?
3. Which problems/opportunities for who I care would I
like to focus on, work on,
contribute to solving?
For the second question we can use
the SWOT guidelines.
A discussion on your answers to these, with your mentor, will prove to be invaluable.
