Bangladesh

The Bagladesh dishes were well adapted by Japanese people, the smell of different spices were indeed fantastic!

Photos are here.

Our main instructor was Mr. Moloy who is accompanying his wife( and his wife, Parveen is a Hiroshima University student and she also joined us).

Menu

・Tuna cutlet ・Lentil Soup ・Fried rice

Japanese participants' impression

●I had a great time, did enjoy cooking together with everyone!●I felt happy because I tasted something very new and delicious!
●Since we are not aware of the use of a variety of spices, I learned a lot about how to use some of them, especially the kumin.
●I wish to learn more and hope I will come back again and again.

Participants
In total, 16 people( 2 instructors from Bangladesh, 2 volunteer staff) joined, Japanese not only from Kumano-town, but also from other neighboring areas (Hiroshima City, Kure City, etc.) came to join. Thank you so much for your great coorperation, everyone.

See you next month!
