Our instructor was Mr. Harrison Kamau who is accompanying his wife, and his wife Grace is a Hiroshima Univ. student and she also joined us.
Menu
・Ugali
・Chapati
・Chicken stew
・Kenyan milk tea
It was delicious, especially we all enjoyed the chapati(Kenya bread).
Japanese participants' impression
●Making chapati out of flour was a lot of fun. ●My body just liked the
Kenya dishes.
●The use of garlic and ginger for the chiken was something really learnable.
●I wish to learn more and hope I will come back again and again.
Participants
In total, 17 people (2 instructors、2
vlunteer staff) joined, Japanese not only from Kumano-town, but also from
other neighboring areas (Hiroshima City, Kure City, etc.) came to join.
Thank you so much for your great coorperation, everyone.
● Two members took turn, and picked up the instructor in the morning then took them back to Higashi-hiroshima City after the club. Thank you so much for your great help.

PS. Nerlissa(a formar professor at the university of the Philippines) who is now accompanying her husband(Hiroshima University student) came to join us. She will be our instructor next month.
