TERESA FERRARY/Teresa Ferrari and children, MASSIMILIANO/Max, SILVIO/Silvius, MARIA/Mary, and GUISEPPE/Joseph sailed from Antwerp and arrived in the United States on November 8, 1890. Teresa's husband, Anthony, and sons, Anthony, Jr. and Henry, had immigrated to the United States about six months earlier.

The manifest of the S. S. Pennland provides the following information about Maria and the children. (The lst answer is Teresa's; the 2nd is Max's, the 3rd is Silvio's answer, and the 4th is daughter Maria's reply and the 5th is Guiseppe's. The S. S. PENNLAND was built in 1870 as the Algeria for Cunard, and sailed on her Liverpool-Queenstown-New York service. In 1882 she was purchased by the Red Star lined and renammed Pennland, under which name she spent the rest of her career. The vessel was scrapped in 1903.
