In the name of god. Amen. I Wyllam Merryll of Honington in the countie of Warwick husbandman [realizing] the frailities ___ of my mortal life, do make my last will and testament in manor and forme following.
Item ___ I commend my soule unto ___ ___ ___ almighty god, and my body to be buried in the ____ or churchyard of Honington aforesaid, ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___.
Item I [give to] ___ the ___ of the church of Honington ___ ___.
Item I give unto Wyllam Merrill my son my [frame] of ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ and ___, and one ___ potte, and one ___ kettle.
Item I give unto George Merryll my son, ___ ___ ___, and one ___, and [four] sheep.
Item I give unto Richard Merryll my son ___ ___ ___ and one ___, and fourteen sheep.
Item I give unto Thomas Merryl my son the biggest brasse pott, and the biggest brasse panne. All the rest of my [household] ___ ___ ___ ___ ___ and ___ shall be by equall portions: ___ ___ unto George my son, and the second part unto Richard my son, and the third part unto Thomas my son.
Item I give unto each of the children of William my son one sheep.
All the rest of my ___ and ___ ___ I give unto Thomas my son.
I make ___ ___ ___ ___ testament. And I ordain my neighbor William Falkner overseer of this ___ ___ ___. In witness whereof I have ___ my hand and seale ___ ___ ___ ___ in the presence of John C_____, George Pittman (?) and John Handes.
